The tiptel 355 ISDN provides you with the following functions which optimise your acoustic presentation:
Welcome and Transfer:
The caller is greeted with a friendly welcome message and is then, for example, transferred to a collective number of the central office/PABX.
Automatic switchboard:
The caller is greeted and can use tone dialling to transfer himself to the desired contact person.
Queue in case of overflow:
If the requested extension is busy, the caller hears a busy message and remains in the queue until the subscriber is reached.
VoiceMail system:
9 mailboxes for the recording of incoming messages are available for company departments or staff: in case of busy line or if the requested person is absent. Each mailbox can be individually programmed for remote control, remote interrogation and message transfer to a mobile phone.
Menu-guided information system:
This feature relieves your staff from constantly having to handle recurring customer inquiries. Callers can use tone dialling to obtain and to listen to required information on the phone (up to 9 outgoing messages are available).
